Forest Admin has been designed to help Companies provide their business teams with a back office tailored to their operations. We’ve developed a "back office as a service" allowing any web-based company to fast track the design, development and maintenance of their admin user interfaces.

Technically speaking, Forest connects to your database and analyses your data models to automatically generate customizable admin interfaces on which business teams can work.

How big is the market? All apps need a back office, which means we can provide value to virtually… all web-related businesses! We’re currently powering the operations of some of the fast-growing companies (e.g. Qonto, Melio, Finicity, Carbon Health…) and are looking to accelerate our expansion.

As we expand our Marketing team, this is an exciting opportunity to drive the acquisition of a tech company firmly rooted in the back-office tools space and to test and scale innovative ways of growing the business.

Job Description

  • Build, execute and manage demand generation strategies, to drive pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

  • Deploy initiatives across all digital demand generation channels including (but not limited to!) SEO, SEM, outbound/multichannel campaigns, paid social, in-person events and webinars, owning end-to-end execution, and ensuring cohesion across programs/campaigns to generate leads.

  • Develop strategies to generate demand in multiple market segments including Commercial, Mid-Market and Enterprise.

  • Track and report top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, events and campaigns and conduct constant testing and optimization to improve channel performance and ROI metrics.

  • Write/edit, manage, and develop a range of marketing materials; own all public facing company branding and messaging, including website content, marketing emails, social messages and ads

  • Work closely with our Product Marketing Manager and with other Forest teams to develop go-to-market and sales materials.

Preferred Experience

Experience and hard skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or related field)

  • 7+ years operating marketing lead/demand generation strategies: advertising campaigns, ABM, events, etc.

  • Native/Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others

  • Strong understanding of customer pains, how to tease them and generate interest

  • Ability to analyze data and trends

  • A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and gets things done

  • Interested in working in a startup in a hands-on role
