The Product Team is responsible for defining how our product should evolve, based on customer feedback, vision, key metrics, and to implement it.
This team consists of 2 Product Managers and 1 Product Designer, their main missions focus on :
Discovery: market benchmark, user research, industry best practices to deliver the best user experience on our product;
Strategy: product positioning, release plans, roadmaps;
Implementation: prototype, wireframing, design;
Delivery: day-to-day development follow-ups, sharing the vision, the mission and the strategy, communicate on the next steps.
