Job Description

🚀 Your Mission

We’re not looking for someone to scale an existing machine — we’re looking for someone to build it from scratch!

Forest Admin is hiring a VP GTM (Go-To-Market) to take full ownership of our growth strategy as we anchor our solution in the case management space. You’ll join the executive team, lead our go-to-market function (marketing and growth, sales, account management, customer success), and build the acquisition engine that takes us to the next level.

This is a rare opportunity to reimagine how a company grows — not optimize what already exists.

You’ll own the GTM, report to the CEO‑founder, and present straight to the board.

🌱 What You'll Do

  • Own and build Forest Admin’s entire GTM strategy — across marketing and revenue operations.

  • Lead a team of 4 GTM professionals (with plans to quickly expand the team to 6+), and oversee our marketing roadmap and execution.

  • Design, test, and scale acquisition strategies from scratch — outbound, inbound, partnerships, content, PLG.

  • Define positioning and messaging that resonate with our core personas: developers, operations and customer-facing teams.

  • Partner with Product and the CEO to ensure GTM alignment across the organization.

  • Track and own key GTM metrics — pipeline growth, CAC, conversion rates, channel performance, and ROI.

  • What matters most: you’ve built something before — a startup, a sales engine, a growth strategy, a product-led motion. We value entrepreneurial drive and past wins over years of experience or job titles.

  • You might be a former founder, an early startup leader, or a proven GTM builder looking to level up.

  • You know how to attract, hire, and lead high-performing teams across BD and marketing.

  • You think like a founder: entrepreneurial, hands-on, and unafraid of blank pages or ambiguity.

  • You're both strategic and scrappy — able to craft long-term strategy while running short-term experiments.

  • Bonus: you’ve worked in SaaS, developer tools, internal tooling, or process automation.
